Terms of Service

Online instant estimates are rough ranges based on square footage and the service you select. They are not a binding contract. Final pricing depends on site conditions, materials, and scope reviewed in person. A signed project contract is required before work begins.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Invoices are due by the date shown on each invoice. Late or unpaid invoices may be marked overdue and subject to fees as stated in your signed contract.

You retain ownership of photos, videos, and documents you upload to your project. You grant us permission to store and display that content within your account and, where appropriate, use non-identifying project photos for our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' accounts, or upload unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WG Masonry & Hardscape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
